Third Culinary Trail Project SCOM and the three sustainability workshops

The Research Centre (RC) Regional and Global Development (REGLO) was responsible to host and to organise, in close cooperation with the HRC Academy and the LP, the 3^rd Culinary Trail Project SCOM and the three sustainability workshops in the town of Sandanski, Bulgaria from 19 to 22 May 2025.

During the SCOM the progress in Culinary Trail Project was presented and discussed.

The three sustainability workshops focused on:

• 1^st Sustainability workshop: From Vision to Action – Understanding Our Project & Business Model;
• 2^nd Sustainability workshop: Sustainability in Action – Driving Environmental, Social & Economic Impact;
• 3^rd Sustainability Workshop: Developing Sustainability Implementation Tools.
